How do I access my template/file?

After purchase, check your email (don't forget to check your junk mail). Find your order confirmation, it will have your download link. The link expires after 30 days, so download it right away!

What file types are included?

Yes. All files are saved in high resolution at 300 DPI (dots per inch). Most will be in PNG format, but that may differ between designs. Check listing details for formats available of that design.

Do you have tutorials for the files?

Will physical items be sent by the mail/post?

No. Everything in the shop is sent digitally.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please check to ensure that your card details were entered correctly and that your card has not expired. Additionally, verify that you have sufficient funds in your account and that your card issuer does not block online or international transactions. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank for further information, or try using a different payment method. Our customer service team is also available to assist with any payment concerns you may have.

Where can I find the shop Policies?

Are fonts included with the files?

No. Fonts are not included with the digital files. They are sold without the ability to edit elements.

Can I use files to sell products?

Yes! All files are for personal and commercial use, but you may not redistribute, resell digital files including the design, or claim as your own.

✔︎ Commercial use is allowed on POD (print-on-demand) platforms, like Printify and Printful.
✔︎ Commercial use is allowed on physical products you create yourself.
✗ Commercial use is NOT allowed on POD marketplaces, like Redbubble and Zazzle.
✗ Creating digital assets for sale is NOT allowed.
✗ Claiming ownership of designs is NOT allowed.

Can I use these files with Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting machines?

No. These files are NOT designed for cutting machines. They are NOT SVG cut files, and are not guaranteed to be compatible with cutting machines.
