Can I edit on mobile?
Affinity Photo is all available for mobile. Though it is highly recommended to use a computer. Many of these files are large (in size and memory) and just work better from a computer.
How do I access my template/file?
After purchase, check your email (don't forget to check your junk mail). Find your order confirmation, it will have your download link. The link expires after 30 days, so download it right away!
Do I need to buy software?
Though Affinity Photo 2 is not a free software, there are often free trials that can be accessed before deciding if the software is right for you. To purchase, Affinity Photo (in 2025), it is a one time payment for the software. No monthly subscription fees.
Does the download link expire?
Yes. The link to access the file expires after 30 days. But once you download the file, you will have it forever.
Do you have tutorials for the templates/files?
Will physical items be sent by the mail/post?
No. Everything in the shop is sent digitally.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, please check to ensure that your card details were entered correctly and that your card has not expired. Additionally, verify that you have sufficient funds in your account and that your card issuer does not block online or international transactions. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank for further information, or try using a different payment method. Our customer service team is also available to assist with any payment concerns you may have.

Are fonts included with the templates/files?
No. Fonts are not included with the templates.
